Zero pressure, zero games, and 100% straight-up honesty from start to finish. Brad actually listens. He didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t want or need, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without talking down to me. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly way easier than I expected it to be. You can tell Brad genuinely cares about making sure his customers leave happy and confident in their purchase—not just trying to make a quick sale.
